New data collection requirements for non-Crown funded private training establishments

The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) invites your feedback on a proposal to change the Private Training Establishment Registration Rules 2013.
This proposal is part of a cross-agency initiative led by the Ministry of Education, NZQA and Education New Zealand. For more information, consultation documents can be found on NZQA’s website.

Thank you to all who have responded to our consultation on the proposal to alter the dates of the Single Data Return (SDR) April and August returns and to introduce an indicative enrolment collection in the first week of March.
Consultation on Revisions to Tertiary Education Organisation Staff Data Collection
Consultation on revisions to tertiary education organisation staff data collection has now closed. The Ministry is currently considering the responses and will communicate with the sector once it has made final decisions on what changes to implement and when.
In the interim, the consultation document can still be downloaded but no further submissions will be accepted.
